MITT Chronicles: A Journey of Growth, Friendship, and Unforgettable Memories

Reflecting on my last days at Maharaja Institute of Technology Thandavapura (MITT), a wave of nostalgia sweeps over me. College life was a thrilling ride, full of ups and downs, joy, and sorrow, chaos and peace. From the excitement of the first day to the hesitation of leaving in the end, it was a journey that shaped us profoundly. Our first year was one of discovery eager freshmen forming friendships, skipping classes, and spending carefree lunches chatting away. But soon reality set in. The middle years became a battlefield: assignments stacked up, deadlines loomed, and tests seemed never-ending. Group projects often descended into chaos, and we faced professors’ reprimands for late submissions and unprepared viva sessions. Yet, by the 6th semester, we embraced the chaos with open arms. The struggle felt worthwhile, deepening friendships along the way. Late hostel nights, filled with laughter over trivial matters, became cherished memories. Cultural festivals, sneaky chai breaks during dull lectures, and spur-of-the-moment cricket matches made each day feel special. The final year was bittersweet. Thrilled to be nearing the end yet saddened by impending goodbyes, we savored every moment. The 8th semester was a golden time—filled with fun, late-night project completions, and celebrating small triumphs. Our classroom turned into a second home as we supported each other through crises. Looking back, those days at MITT were nothing short of unforgettable. The highs and lows, the teachers’ scoldings (now laughable), and the stress of meeting project deadlines—all contributed to who we are today. Without hesitation, I’d relive those final moments. To MITT and all my friends, thank you for the unforgettable memories.
